So today I was shopping for snacks to bring to work. I've really been tyring to bring a lot of fruit, apple sauce and yogurt for healthy snacks during the day. Jill introduced me to one of my favorite new snacks... Rold Gold Honey Wheat braided pretzels. I don't even really like pretzels but these are GREAT! They taste like Wheat Thins but with a lot less fat and calories. Today I bought Vanilla Bean almonds and they are amazing and taste better than candy!! The only thing about Almonds is that they have a lot of fat grams... but they are an excellent source of protien so if you just eat a few for a snack it's not too bad. I'm going to portion them up because I could eat the whole container in one sitting!
